Shannon Phillip Jones, Esquire | Owner


Shannon is a graduate of Clemson University and the University of South Carolina School of Law where she earned her juris doctorate in 2001. She started her legal career in her hometown of Spartanburg, South Carolina where she clerked for the prestigious firm of Harrison, White, Smith, Hayes and Coggins before accepting a judicial clerkship with Circuit Court Judge, Gary E. Clary. After working alongside Judge Clary observing and assisting in criminal and personal injury cases as well as appeals from the Workers’ Compensation Commission, Shannon accepted an associate attorney position with Harrison, White, Smith, Hayes and Coggins where she practiced family law, workers’ compensation, personal injury and criminal law before relocating to her husband’s hometown of Charleston, South Carolina. Her first position in the low country was with Andrews and Shull, a well-known and highly esteemed family law practice. She started her own practice, Shannon Jones Law Firm, in 2008 and currently has two talented associate attorneys as well as a top-notch paralegal and law clerk on her team. Shannon is also a Certified Family Court Mediator and has successfully resolved countless divorce and custody cases without the necessity of costly litigation.

Callie Grace Price, Esquire | Associate Attorney


Callie was born and raised in Anderson, South Carolina. She graduated with honors from Presbyterian College in 2009, earning a B.A. in Political Science and attended law school at the Charleston School of Law. While in law school, Callie was a member of the Federal Courts Law Review and served as Publications Editor. She obtained courtroom experience as an extern for The Honorable David C. Norton, U.S. District Judge and served as an extern for The Honorable Irvin G. Condon, Charleston County Probate Judge. 

 

After graduating and being admitted to the South Carolina Bar in November 2012, Callie worked as law clerk to The Honorable John C. Hayes, III in York, South Carolina. She then served as law clerk to The Honorable R. Lawton McIntosh in Anderson, South Carolina.

Cierra Richards | Paralegal


A native of Charleston, Cierra graduated with honors from Miller-Motte Technical College in 2007, earning her A.A.S. in Paralegal Studies. Desirous to broaden her knowledge and skills in the legal profession, Cierra also obtained her B.S. degree in Criminal Justice from Miller-Motte Technical College in 2013, all while being a full-time mom to two beautiful children and working full-time at a local general practice law firm.

 

Cierra is a great asset to our firm and utilizes her years of education, skills, and wonderful attitude to provide quality and valued support to our team and all of our clients.
